During this challenging time, the safety of our clients and the members of the Zenteam is our top priority.
As a result, we have adjusted the hours of our Customer Service, which is now available only from Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to 10 PM.
During and outside these hours, for any non-urgent questions or requests, we encourage you to contact us primarily via our contact page.

Parking Availability
Most of our parking facilities remain open to keep your vehicle safe and to serve those who need it most during emergency travel, especially healthcare workers—whether for a short-term need of several days or weeks or via our subscription plans, allowing you to leave your vehicle safely.
However, we cannot guarantee access to certain buildings if closures are decided by our parking partners. Should you encounter access difficulties, our Customer Service is available by phone or via our contact page to find a solution.
