To improve the tenant’s experience by ensuring quick delivery of access details, regardless of the time of year.
To save you time.
Access details are sent by postal mail, and the parking visit is done autonomously. Tenants prefer this flexible system, which does not impose time constraints.
It is not possible to meet the tenant directly, but we can pass on any information from you if needed (e.g., code changes, parking maintenance, etc.).
