To ensure tenants have the best experience, and particularly to guarantee fast delivery of access devices, we need to have them before your parking space is opened for booking.
Which access devices should I send?
Vehicle access (usually a remote control)

Pedestrian access (Vigik, key) except in certain cases:
if pedestrian access is only via a keypad
if pedestrian access is free
if your pedestrian access is only a universal key, we can consider listing the space with only vehicle access if it is sufficiently secure for pedestrians. Please send us a photo of the vehicle entrance so we can assess.
How should I send the access devices?
If you chose to receive the Zenpark prepaid envelope, simply place your access devices inside and drop it in any mailbox. Easy!
If you prefer to send the access devices yourself, it must be sent by tracked mail to the Zenpark address provided by email. Please include your name and the mention “parking xxx” in the envelope, replacing xxx with the identifier in the email you received.
Can I drop off the access devices directly?
No, as our offices are not authorized to receive the public.
How long does it take to get my access devices back?
If the space is not rented : within 3 business days, otherwise: within 30 days via your partner interface.

What happens if my access devices are lost or broken?
If your access devices are lost or broken, Zenpark will reimburse you €60.
In general, access devices can be replaced on simple request with your building management and cost less than €60.
