Once the access means are received, we publish your parking listing to our database of potential tenants as well as on your platform. On average, a Zenpark spot is rented within 5 days.
If you wish to retrieve the access means, it’s very simple: just go to your partner interface and click on "Actions" then "Retrieve the spot."
Your mailing address will then be requested.
If your parking spot has not yet been rented, we will return your access means within 3 business days, at our expense. You are therefore not blocked if you wish to rent your spot through another channel in parallel !
If a rental is currently in progress, the timeframe to retrieve your spot is 30 days. We will take care of contacting the tenant, collecting your access means, and sending them back to you.
