If your space has not been rented after 15 days, you will receive an email with a proposal to lower the rent.

You can change the price of your parking space at any time from your partner interface, in the Pricing tab of the relevant parking space.
You can also add additional photos, if you have any, in the Photos tab of the relevant parking space :
If this is not enough and you would like more advice on renting your parking space, you can write to us at partenaires@zenpark.com.
Additionally, if you find a tenant through another channel and your space is still not rented on Zenpark, you can easily retrieve your access devices from your partner interface. Learn more
