If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities or if you are a victim of vandalism: you will not be covered and will be responsible for the repairs yourself.
Zenpark is here to ensure you a parking space with peace of mind.
However, cases of vandalism may occur.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Service – Article IV. Liability, which you can find here – Zenpark cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained while parking.
Out of goodwill and understanding of your unfortunate experience, we offer goodwill gestures and inform you of the steps to follow. In such cases, our Customer Service team is available via the "Contact Us" section on our website.
We first invite you to send us photos of the damage to your vehicle so that we can create your case file.
Is your parking equipped with surveillance cameras?
The police handle this type of complaint independently and will contact our partner directly to obtain the videos, provided they present an official Request for Video Surveillance Records.
We therefore invite you, if you haven’t already done so, to contact your local police station and report the incident.
