Most of our car parks are equipped with our technology. To access these car parks, you can use your personal code, the Zenpark mobile app, or the Zenpass.
The Zenpass is a small remote control that allows you to access our car parks. It has the same features as the mobile app.
It allows you to open (and close) our car parks. This remote is linked to your member account and therefore cannot be lent to someone using a different member account.
You can order a Zenpass once your registration is complete, directly via your Zenpark account.
For every Zenpass sent, a security deposit of €59.00 will be charged one month after the start of the subscription. This deposit will be refunded when you return the Zenpass, provided it is still in good working condition.
Please note that some car parks are not equipped with Zenpark technology. In such cases, alternative access methods will be provided if you wish to park there.

The Zenpass is a small remote control with 3 buttons, each with a different function :

The first green button allows you to enter and log your entry into a car park. This is the button you’ll use to open the car park and park your vehicle.

The second green button allows you to enter and/or exit the car park on foot. You’ll use this button when entering to pick up your vehicle, or when exiting after parking it.

The blue button allows you to exit and log your exit from the car park with your vehicle.
⚠️ Warning : It is crucial to log your exits properly in order to avoid any penalties related to exceeding your reservation time.
