As part of our continuous effort to improve our services, we recently updated the Zenpark app. This update includes the removal of Apple CarPlay compatibility.
In practice, this means it is no longer possible to use the CarPlay feature to access or interact with our parkings. This decision was made to focus our efforts on developing a more stable, smoother, and complete mobile experience through the Zenpark app.
To continue using your Zenpark service, simply open the app directly on your smartphone.
All the necessary features : gate access, reservation management, and more—are accessible via the updated app.
