Technical issue?
Make sure you are at the parking you booked or are subscribed to.
If the light on your Zenpass does not turn on when pressing a button, replace the batteries: ref. CR2032.
If the light flashes but the gate does not open, contact our Customer Service, who will try to open it remotely.
Problem persists?
Download the Zenpark mobile app and use it as your main access method.
Send your Zenpass by mail to Zenpark Customer Service at:

75480 PARIS CEDEX 10
and request a replacement via "My Member Area." While waiting for your new Zenpass, you can use the mobile app to access your parking spot.
