You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your parking. To do so, simply log in to your member account and click the "Cancel" button corresponding to the Zenpark reservation you made.
Refund Scale:
The refund amount will depend on the date and time you cancel your reservation:
- Within 6 hours of booking: The reservation will be fully refunded.
- More than 24 hours before the start of the parking: 90% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the start of the parking: The full amount of the reservation remains due.
No-Show Without Cancellation
If you do not show up at your parking space and do not cancel your reservation, the entire amount of the reservation will also be due.

If the parking lot is not accessible or you have another justified reason, we invite you to contact our customer service.
