Article 9 - Cancellation of order (excluding withdrawal)
If the withdrawal period has expired or if the Member has waived his/her right of withdrawal, the Member may still cancel his/her Order, via his/her Member Area, up to the date and time of the planned Parking.
The Member may, depending on the date and time of cancellation, obtain a refund of his Order.
The refund rules are as follows:
If the cancellation is made within 6 hours of the reservation request, the reservation will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the start of the Booking, 90% of the amount of the Booking will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the Reservation, no refund will be made and the full amount of the Reservation will remain due by the Member.
If the Member does not show up and does not cancel the Reservation, no refund will be made and the total amount of the Reservation will remain due by the Member.
In the event that the Member has subscribed to an open-ended Subscription, it is specified that the Member may, at any time, unsubscribe by going to the Member Area.
The Contract will end after a period of one (1) month from the date of the cancellation request.
If your current Zenpark subscription is on a car park equipped with external access means (badge, vigik, key), here are the conditions provided by our CGS:
18.5. Badge return
Upon termination of the Subscription, the Member shall return the Badge in good condition and in correct working order.
The Badge must be returned within seven (7) days following the end of the Subscription.
In the event of delay in returning the Badge, and given the loss of profit generated by the impossibility of making the space available to another Member, the Member must pay ZENPARK compensation for the use and immobilization of the Badge and the Parking space from the 8th day following the end of the Subscription. Each day of delay will give rise to the payment of compensation equal to the daily price of the Subscription, i.e. 1/30th of the monthly price of the Subscription per day of delay.
