How to subscribe?

Create an account on the website www.zenpark.com, accept the general conditions of use and enter your bank details in your Member Area. 🙋

You will receive a confirmation email informing you of your personal login details and your personal code. This personal code will allow you to access the car park via the digicodes once your subscription has been confirmed. ✉️

Go to the Contact Us page and select 5. Other requests > 4. Request for a discounted subscription. Fill in the following details:
- Last name, First name
- Type of subscription chosen (24/7)
- Start date of your subscription - Indicate "At the opening of the car park" or customize the date of your choice
- End date of your subscription (optional)
- Number and floor of your flat
Within 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation of your subscription by email and your first month's subscription will be invoiced on a pro rata basis. Your means of access to the car parks will be functional from the date of the start of your subscription. 🤝
