Our eco-parking innovation programme has already enabled us to introduce shared parking in eco-neighbourhoods and, more broadly, eco-cities or 'smart cities' (and there's more to come!). The aim is to implement innovative ways of sharing parking in buildings under construction, with a view to reducing the energy footprint of buildings, neighbourhoods and, ultimately, cities.
Zenpark is working on these cutting-edge issues in collaboration with local authorities, property developers and local residents.
A recognised player in "smart city" projects, Zenpark is involved in several hundred projects and supports all areas of innovation in France. A pioneer in the first shared-use projects, including the Smartseille eco-neighbourhood, Nantes Say Désiré Colombes and Strasbourg Danube, Zenpark is working to integrate the mobility of tomorrow's city, such as electric charging stations and car-sharing vehicles.
