A technical problem?
- Check that you are in front of the car park you have reserved/subscribed to.
- The light on your Zenpass does not light up when you press a button? Change the batteries in your Zenpass: ref. CR2032.
- The light flashes but the gate does not open? Contact our customer service who will try a remote opening.
Nothing to do, the problem persists?
- Download the Zenpark mobile application and use it as your only means of access.
- Return your Zenpass by post to "Zenpark Customer Service" at 142 Rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris and request a new one in "my member space". While waiting to receive it, you can use the mobile application to access your parking space.
