A technical problem?
- Make sure that you are at the right address. Indeed we can have several car parks in the same area.
- The light on your Zenpass does not light up when you press a button? Change the batteries in your Zenpass: ref. CR2032.
- The light flashes but the gate does not open? Contact our customer service to open the gate remotely.
You tried everything but the problem persists?
- Download the Zenpark mobile application and use it as your means of access.
- Return your Zenpass by mail to "Zenpark Customer Service" at 142 Rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris and request a new one in "my member space". While waiting to receive it, you can use the mobile application to access your car park.
