Yes: your booking remains valid for the entire booked time slot. You can arrive after the start time, or leave before the end time, without changing anything.
Arriving after the start time
Access to the car park is active from the start of your time slot: you can enter later, at any time during your booking. The important thing is not to go past the end time.
Arriving before the start time
Entry is not guaranteed before the start time: the remote control becomes available 5 minutes before your booking starts, and the space may still be occupied. To arrive earlier, change the start time of your booking if the app offers you this option, or make an additional booking that covers your arrival time.
Leaving before the end time
You can leave the car park whenever you like, without changing your booking: it ends automatically at the scheduled time. Unused time is not refunded, as a booking that has started can no longer be cancelled or shortened.
💡 To exit, use the "Enter / Exit" button in the app, even if the gate is already open: this ensures that your exit is properly recorded.
Think you might leave after the end time?
Extend your booking before it ends: in the "Booking" tab, tap your booking, then "Modify booking". You can also do this from your customer account. An extension is possible if there are still spaces available for the new period, and the additional charge is taken from the card used for the booking. See How can I update my booking?
⚠️ More than 10 minutes after the end of your booking, the overstay is charged: see What are the penalties if I exceed my booking time?
Entering and exiting during your booking
You can enter and exit the car park as many times as you like during your time slot, unless otherwise indicated for certain very specific car parks. See Can I enter and exit my Zenpark parking multiple times during my booking?
