These messages are sent automatically. Most of the time, you just need to check where your vehicle is. Here's what to do depending on your situation.
Your vehicle has already left the car park
Don't worry: this is an automatic reminder. Your vehicle isn't at risk.
Did the message arrive after your booking ended? Your exit probably wasn't recorded. Let us know that your vehicle has left, using the option in the email you received or in the app with "My vehicle has already left the car park": your booking status is then updated.
Your vehicle is still in the car park after your booking has ended
Open your booking in the app and tap "I'm still in the car park" ("Still in the car park?" on iPhone). Confirm the overstay to regain access to the car park: you then have 15 minutes to drive your vehicle out. Overstay fees are charged to the card used for the booking. See What are the penalties if I overstay my booking?
You're parked in a space other than your own
Move your vehicle to your space as soon as possible, or to one of the spaces shown for your booking, then let us know. Was your space occupied? Report it via "Assistance" in the app or using the contact form.
⚠️ A vehicle left in a space that isn't allocated to it may be towed away and impounded.
You're parked in your own space
The message may have been sent by mistake, for example if a number plate was read in a neighbouring space. Reply to us with a photo of your vehicle parked in your space: we'll check and put things right.
📌 Your space number and level are shown in the app: on your subscription page, or on your booking's remote control. In car parks without allocated spaces, only park in a space marked with a Zenpark sign.
