With a business account, all your purchases for the month are grouped on a single invoice, issued at the start of the following month, from the 5th. So it’s normal not to find the invoice for a payment you’ve just made straight away.
One invoice for the whole month
As a business customer, your invoicing is aggregated: all your documents for the month are combined on a single monthly invoice, whose number starts with AVT. It includes:
- your bookings, including any extensions and changes;
- your monthly subscription payments;
- the month’s credit notes.
📌 A month’s invoice covers the payments made during that month. For example, parking paid for in September appears on the September invoice, issued at the start of October.
When is it available?
A month’s invoice is issued at the start of the following month, from the 5th. Example: for a booking on 8 October, the invoice is available from 5 November.
Invoices can take a few days to be generated at the start of the month. If your invoice isn’t showing yet, please wait a little before contacting us.
Where can I find it?
- In the Zenpark app: "Account" tab, then "My invoices".
- In your online customer area: "Profile" tab, then Invoices.
Your monthly invoice is also sent to you by email, to the billing address on your account.
Your company details on the invoice
You can change your billing address from your member area: "Profile" tab, then "My information" on the website, or "Account" tab, then "My information" in the app. Changes apply to future invoices.
⚠️ An invoice that has already been issued cannot be changed, for legal reasons.
