ā³ 1. Delivery time :
Your badge is sent within 2 working days after your subscription.
š If youāre still within this timeframe:
ā”ļø This is completely normal, you just need to wait a bit longer š
š¦ 2. Track your delivery :
You can easily track your badge shipment:

āYour parking access device has been sentā
ā”ļø Click on āTrack my deliveryā to see its status
If the mail has been delivered in the meantime, you will be notified by email. You can then simply check your mailbox the next time you stop by.
ā±ļø 3. Your badge hasnāt arrived yet ?
If you still havenāt received it and your trial period is about to end:
š± Youāll receive a text message
ā”ļø Simply reply to it to request an extension. Your trial period will be automatically extended by 3 days

If you still havenāt received your badge even after an extension:
