🔌 What is the minimum consumption fee?
The minimum consumption fee applies when a charging station has not been used for a full month.
It is applied if your monthly consumption is below 25 kWh.

Zenpark is committed to offering one of the most competitive kWh prices on the market.
To maintain this rate, each charging station must generate a minimum level of consumption in order to purchase electricity under the best conditions.
The minimum consumption fee ensures this balance.
💶 What is the amount of the fee?
The minimum consumption fee is €15 incl. VAT.
It is automatically added to your bill if your monthly consumption is below 25 kWh.
📅 Is the fee applied every month?
No. It does not apply during your first month or your last month of subscription.
📈 Will this fee increase my bill?
If you consume more than €15 worth of kWh, there is no impact on your bill.
If you consume less than €15 worth of kWh, your bill will be adjusted to €15 incl. VAT.
🧾 What happens if I have several ReCharge subscriptions?
The minimum consumption is calculated based on your total bill, not per subscription.
Example:
You have 3 parking spaces equipped with charging stations.
If the consumption of just one space is enough to exceed the overall minimum, no fee will be added for the others.
