As part of the evolution of our services, Zenpark and Yespark will legally merge as of December 31, 2025.
This FAQ aims to answer the most frequently asked questions and reassure you: no changes are expected to your subscription, access methods, or user experience.
📱 Do I need to download the Yespark app?
No.
You can continue using the Zenpark app as usual. No action is required on your part.
❓ Will the Zenpark app disappear?
No.
The Zenpark app will remain available and fully functional. Your user experience will remain unchanged.
🔑 Will my Zenpass or current access code still work?
Yes.
Your Zenpass, access code, or any other current access method will continue to work exactly as before.
💳 Will the name on my bank statement change?
Yes, eventually.
After the merger, the payment label may change to display the name Yespark.
This will have no impact on your subscription or the amounts charged.
📆 Will my billing date change?
No.
Your billing date will remain the same.
🔐 Do I need to enter my card details again?
No.
Your payment information is securely stored. No action is required on your part.
💰 Will the price of my subscription increase?
No.
The price of your subscription will remain strictly unchanged.
📝 Do I need to sign a new contract with Yespark?
No.
Your current contract will be automatically transferred to Yespark under the same terms.
🔐 Will my login details (username / password) change?
No.
You will keep exactly the same login credentials.
🔄 If I am already a Yespark customer, will my accounts be merged?
No.
At this stage, Zenpark and Yespark accounts will remain separate.
If any changes are planned in the future, you will be informed in advance.
