When you book a parking space for a short stay, we record your vehicle’s licence plate at the time your reservation is confirmed.
This information is essential, especially for parking facilities equipped with automatic license plate recognition systems, which allow access to open automatically.
What if you need to enter the parking with a different vehicle?
No worries! You can simply update the license plate in your account. Our system will immediately register the new information, allowing you to access the parking with that vehicle.
How do I add a new license plate?

Go to My account > My vehicles > Add a vehicle
👉 From the web interface:
Log in to your account, then click on Profile > Vehicles > Add a vehicle
