Cancellation conditions for a refund :
If you need to cancel a booking made on our platform, here are the rules:
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the start of the booking, the booking will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the booking, no refund will be given, as there isn’t enough time to rebook the parking space. The full booking amount will remain due.

If the booking is already in progress, it can no longer be canceled or shortened. However, you may extend it if needed.
No-show without cancellation :
If you do not show up at your parking spot and do not cancel your booking, the full booking amount will also be due.
How to cancel a booking:
To cancel a booking, you can do so directly in the app using the “Cancel booking” button, available in the “Booking” tab. Select the relevant booking and scroll to the bottom of the screen to click “Cancel booking" :
