Do you have an upcoming booking and don’t see the remote in your Zenpark app? Don’t worry, this is completely normal!
For technical reasons, the remote only appears in the app 5 minutes before the start of your booking.
When your booking has started, go to the app:
Booking > Click on “Enter / Exit” for the ongoing booking, and the remote will appear!
When the booking is upcoming, the remote will not be visible!
This simply means you’ll need to wait a little before being able to open the car park through the app.
As soon as your booking is about to begin, the remote will automatically appear so you can enter the car park.
