🔄 How to Change Your Parking Spot with Zenpark
The process depends on your type of subscription.
🅿️ If You Have Free Parking (Open Parking)
With free parking, no fixed parking spot is assigned to you.
👉 You may park on any authorized and available space within the parking lot, in accordance with your subscription terms.
No action is required to “change” your spot — simply park in any permitted space available.
🔢 If You Have an Assigned Parking Spot
In some parking lots, a specific parking spot is assigned to you.
Your spot number can be found:
📱 In your application
✉️ In your confirmation email
If the parking lot allows it, you may request to change your spot.
Choosing a new space
You can change spaces freely among the available spots:
🅿️ The list of available spaces is displayed directly.
👉 Click on the space you wish to reserve.
⚠️ If no spaces appear, the parking lot is full. You will need to wait until a space becomes available to make a change.
From the mobile app
📲 Open the app and go to Subscription
⬇️ Select your subscription and scroll down
✏️ Click on “Change space” to access the list of available spots
From your web account
💻 Go to the Subscriptions tab
🔧 Click on Manage → Change space to view and select a new space
💡 Tip: The space change is instant and is immediately reflected in your mobile app and your web account.
