If the tenant loses or damages your parking access methods, we transfer the security deposit collected from the tenant at the time of subscription.
This security deposit is €60.
To obtain new access methods and deactivate the old ones, simply contact your property manager.
If the cost of the new access methods exceeds €60, we will cover the additional amount upon presentation of the purchase invoice for the new access methods.
