It is essential to provide tenants with secure pedestrian access, either through the building or via the vehicle entrance if it is sufficiently secure. During the review of your parking, we will ask you for a photo of the access ramp to assess its safety.
Note: If the vehicle entrance uses a car lift, it cannot be used for pedestrian access for safety and health reasons (high concentration of exhaust gases in an enclosed space).
