We combat unpaid fees through enhanced verification of our subscribers’ profiles and exclusion rules in case of non-payment.
In the event of non-payment :
- We actively follow up with the subscriber (email, SMS, phone).
- If this is not sufficient, we contact you so that you can ask the building management to deactivate the access badge, and we will return the security deposit (by default €60) so a new badge can be issued.
