How is the tenant charged?
The tenant views your parking space listing on the Yespark website or mobile app.
They enter their credit card details and will be charged for the first month at the end of the free trial period, which starts once they have received the access devices to the parking space sent by Zenpark (usually within 24 hours).
Afterward, the subscriber is charged monthly on the anniversary date of the first payment. The subscription is automatically renewed.
There is no notice period: the subscriber can cancel up to the day before their renewal date. However, each month that has started is still due.
How is the money transferred to you as the parking owner?
Each month, an invoice is issued with the revenue from the previous month, and you receive a bank transfer at the end of the month.
For example, if the tenant’s subscription starts on October 1st, you will receive the first transfer before November 30th.

How can I obtain payment details?
The Income tab in your partner interface provides details of the financial transactions related to your parking space. The information is available starting the month following the payment receipt.
