How do I unplug my vehicle from the charging station ?

There is indeed a specific procedure to follow.

  1. I swipe the card on the reader

  2. The light on my charging station turns green

  3. I can safely unplug the cable (it might be a bit stiff to remove, so don’t hesitate to pull!)

❗ WARNING: It is important to first stop the charging on the station using your badge and ensure the station light is green before unplugging the cable. Otherwise, the cable may get stuck.

If the cable is stuck, don’t worry: contact our team, who can remotely restart the station to release it.
