Our innovation program on eco-parking has already allowed us to introduce parking sharing in eco-districts and, more broadly, in eco-cities or “smart cities” (and it’s not over!). The goal is to implement innovative ways of sharing parking in new real estate developments to reduce the energy footprint of buildings, neighborhoods, and ultimately entire cities.
Zenpark works on these forward-thinking initiatives in collaboration with local authorities, property developers, and neighborhood residents.
As a recognized player in “smart city” projects, Zenpark is involved in several hundred projects and supports innovation across all regions of France. A pioneer in early sharing initiatives, including eco-districts such as Smartseille, Nantes Say Désiré Colombes, and Strasbourg Danube, Zenpark strives to integrate the mobility of tomorrow’s city, such as electric charging stations and car-sharing vehicles.
