Dear Customers,
Remote fraud attempts are on the rise, and the methods used are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Zenpark warns you against fraudulent calls, letters, or SMS messages that may try to access your account or sell you a service outside of our website or mobile app.
Zenpark has learned that its brand is being used fraudulently by individuals or companies offering parking real estate investments with a “guaranteed return,” claiming Zenpark as a “partner,” or impersonating our employees or executives.
Zenpark SA has never contracted with these individuals nor solicited them. These are fraudulent activities and incidents that have been reported to the appropriate authorities.
Unsure about a call, email, or SMS? Here are some simple checks to verify if Zenpark is contacting you :
We do not offer any parking real estate investments, neither for individual offers nor in our corporate services.
Parking reservations or monthly rentals are made exclusively via our website https://zenpark.com or the Zenpark mobile app for individuals, and via https://zenpark.pro for professionals.
Official emails from Zenpark regarding your service come from xxx@zenpark.com or xxx@email.zenpark.com.
Emails from the domain xxx@fr-zenpark.com are not from Zenpark SA (Banque de France blacklist available here: https://www.abe-infoservice.fr/liste-noire-tableau-filtre).
We never contact you by phone except in emergencies related to your parking (availability of the parking, your spot, obstructive parking, etc.) or for using our reservation service or monthly rental if you are an individual.
All payments are made exclusively by VISA or Mastercard via https://zenpark.com or the Zenpark mobile app if you are an individual.
If you have been contacted with a parking investment proposal and/or have been a victim of such actions, we encourage you to file a complaint, as we have already done, and report any fraudulent activity on the official Internet reporting portal: internet-signalement.gouv.fr, and notify us at bonjour@zenpark.com.
For more information, we invite you to consult the AMF’s warning issued in its statement on June 16, 2020, and again in its statement on November 2, 2022.
