If you want to subscribe to a Zenpark parking lot, we offer a free 48-hour trial in most of our parking lots before your subscription begins.
For badge-access parking lots, The 48-hour trial starts 2 days after you subscribe, to allow time for the badge to be delivered to you.
For parking lots with a free trial
These 48 hours start as soon as you click on the "Try the parking lot for free" button for the selected parking lot.
This allows you to visit the parking lot and make sure it meets your expectations.
If you cancel during the 48 hours, you will of course not be charged. Otherwise, your first payment will take place at the end of the two days.
If you wish to cancel during your trial period, this article will explain how to end your 2 free days.
For parking lots without a free trial
Parking lots that do not offer a free trial will clearly indicate it on their parking page: instead of the "Try the parking lot for free" button, you will see "Try the parking lot."
The trial period is paid, and the cost will be detailed at the time of booking: if you confirm the trial period, its cost will be deducted from the monthly parking fee.
We would like to remind you that the trial period is intended to help you make a more informed choice before starting a subscription and is in no way a way to bypass subscribing.
As such, a user can benefit from a maximum of two trial periods in the same parking lot. Beyond these two trial periods, the user will be automatically charged. (see Terms and Conditions ❡6.6.)
