Some Zenpark parking lots open with a badge rather than the app. The note "Access with badge" is displayed on the parking’s page to indicate this.
Unlike other parking lots, you must wait to receive your badge before you can access the parking. This is why the 48-hour trial period starts 2 days after subscribing : it allows us to ensure that the badge has been successfully delivered in the meantime.
We kindly ask you not to go to the parking before receiving your badge, as we want to avoid any unpleasant surprises (you could get stuck!).
Our parking lots are great, but maybe not ideal for spending the night!
All the necessary information to collect your badge (pickup location, contact person, and their availability) will be provided in your subscription confirmation email.
