With Zenpark, you can change your parking at any time and at no cost!
📱 From the mobile app:
Click on the “Subscription” tab, then select the subscription you want to modify. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Change parking.”
Then select the parking lot of your choice by entering its address. You can also choose the type of spot you need depending on availability.
You can also directly apply your promo code. Once you confirm your subscription transfer, a complete summary will appear.
đź’» You can also do this from your web account: click on the "Subscriptions" tab, then on the "Manage" button and "Change parking".
đź’ˇ During the period when you have access to both parkings, you can switch from one remote control to another in your app by going to the "Subscription" tab and selecting the correct parking.
âť— As a reminder, you will have a 48-hour trial period in the new parking. During this time, you will still have access to your previous parking. If you confirm the trial, your new subscription will begin and your old subscription will be terminated with an automatic pro-rata refund for the unused days in the first parking.
NB: For parkings with a badge, the 48-hour trial will start 2 days after the subscription begins, during which the badge will be sent to you.
