It is only possible to modify a booking in certain cases:
1) The booking hasn’t started yet and you wish to modify it more than 24 hours before its start time: ✅
Shorten it: You can shorten your booking if it hasn’t started yet, and a refund will automatically be applied.
Extend it: You can extend your booking if the car park has available spaces for the new period. An additional fee will then apply.
2) The booking has already started or will start in less than 24 hours: ❌
If your booking has already started or will start soon, it won’t be possible to shorten it. However, you may still extend it if needed. Since the space has already been reserved, there isn’t enough time to rent it out again. 😔
How to proceed?
From the web interface:
Sign in on the website : https://www.yespark.fr/users/sign_in
Then select the desired period, either from the proposed options or by specifying a new end date:
Once you’ve selected the desired extension duration, click on “Extend”, then proceed with the payment of your extension.
From the mobile app :
Log in to the app > Tap the Booking tab > Select your booking and scroll down to the Modify booking button!
Then select the extra time you need, either from the proposed options or by specifying a new end date:
Once you’ve selected the desired extension duration, click on “Extend”, then proceed with the payment of your extension.
Our extension system checks in real time whether a space is available in your car park. If the system indicates that extending your stay isn’t possible, we kindly ask you to vacate your space as soon as possible to avoid inconveniencing the next member.
