Payment information is securely hosted by our payment provider, Stripe.
Retention of your payment information :
Your payment information is automatically deleted 45 days after the end date of your last parking session. This 45-day period allows Zenpark to ensure that all charges related to your parking have been correctly billed and collected (overages, penalties for rule violations, etc.).
Saving your payment method :
To make your purchases easier, you can also save your payment method. It will then be automatically offered for your next purchase, allowing you to complete your parking with just one click.
Deleting your payment method :
If you have saved your credit card, you can delete it at any time directly from your member area. The deletion will take effect:
- immediately if your last parking session was 45 days ago or more,
- within a maximum of 45 days depending on the date of your last parking session.
