At Zenpark, secure your card payments with 3D Secure verification.
“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode” enhance online payment security. Entering a code or password identifies or authenticates the buyer as the cardholder of the card used for payment.
When you enter your credit card in your member area, a €1 authorization request is made. This procedure verifies the validity of your card. The €1 will disappear after a few days. To confirm the transaction, the website (or Zenpark mobile app) will redirect you to your banking app.
You will then need to enter your secure code (predefined with your bank or sent by SMS).
Once the operation is validated, the message “Authentication successful” will appear on your screen, with the note “return to merchant site” just below.
For card payments on non-3D Secure sites: Contact your bank to enable 3D Secure for your card or for any questions regarding the 3D Secure code (obtaining, lost, changing, etc.).
If an error message appears, don’t panic:
You were probably too fast! Try again more slowly and make sure to follow all steps carefully.
