Have you heard about Zenpark and want to make your first booking? No worries, we’ll show you how!
First, grab a computer or a smartphone and go to the Zenpark website or mobile app.
On the homepage, select the “Hourly” tab.
From the app:
You’ll need to enter:
- The place where you want to park (street, landmark, city, or monument).
- Your estimated arrival time as the start.
- Your planned departure time as the end.
- Your vehicle type (two-wheeler, small, medium, large, utility).
Then, choose the car park that suits you best.
Once that’s done, simply review the information and proceed with payment.
After confirming your booking, you’ll receive an email with the booking summary as well as access to the digital remote to open the car park doors.
The digital remote will also be available in the Zenpark app when you log into your account. The remote will be activated 5 minutes before the start of your booking!
