You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your parking start time. To do so, simply go to your member area in the app or on the website and click the “Cancel” button next to your Zenpark booking.
Refund conditions:
The refund depends on the date and time you cancel your booking:
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the booking start, the booking will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking start, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain due.
To cancel a booking, you can do it directly in the app using the “Cancel booking” button, available in the “Booking” tab. Select the relevant booking and scroll to the bottom of the screen to click on “Cancel booking" :
No-show without cancellation
If you do not show up at your parking spot and do not cancel your booking, the full amount of the booking will also be due.

If the parking is inaccessible or you have another valid reason, please contact our customer service team. Our team is available 7 days a week, from 6 AM to midnight, and you will receive a response the same day. You can reach us via our contact form here.
