Cancellation Conditions for a Zenpark Booking

If you want to cancel a Zenpark reservation, here’s how it works 👇

⏰ How far in advance can I cancel ?

You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions:

• More than 24 hours before the booking starts
→ Your booking will be fully refunded.

• Less than 24 hours before the booking starts
→ The booking is not refundable because there isn’t enough time to rebook the parking space.

• Booking already started
→ You can no longer cancel or shorten the booking, but you can extend it if needed.

📱  How to cancel your booking ?

You can cancel your reservation directly from the Zenpark app:

1. Go to the “Bookings” tab
2. Select the relevant booking

3. Tap “Cancel booking” at the bottom of the screen

🚫  No‑show without cancellation

If you do not show up at your parking space and do not cancel, the full booking amount will still be charged.
