In case of an access issue or if your vehicle is immobilized, use the Assistance tab in the app.
Your report is automatically sent to the dedicated team
๐ Immediate phone assistance may be offered if the situation is urgent.
๐ฑ The Assistance tab also allows you to report any issue with your parking space or the parking lot (equipment, access, malfunction, etc.).
๐ When can you call us?
For your safety, our phone line is reserved for emergencies and is only accessible via the app.
โ What is considered an emergency?
It is an emergency if:
you or your vehicle are stuck in the parking lot;
you are inside and the access points do not open;
your vehicle is stuck in a box or blocked by a stop-park.
In these cases, call us immediately โ๏ธ

Go to the Assistance tab in the app
Submit your report
a solution may be offered immediately
a full diagnosis is sent to us
if needed, the phone number will appear to contact an advisor
