We do not have the exact reason for the refusal of your payment. In most cases, it may be due to:
Insufficient funds in your account;

An expired or blocked credit card.
In any case, if the first payment attempt fails, several automatic retries will be made during the month to regularize the situation.
If the payment was declined by your bank, we invite you to carry out the following checks:
Ensure you have sufficient funds to pay your Zenpark subscription;
Make sure your card is not expired;
Check with your bank that no restrictions have been placed on recurring subscription payments;
If your card is valid and your account funded, contact your bank. For reference, the charge appears as “ZENPARK e-commerce”.
You can update your credit card directly in the app :
Select the “Account” menu, then go to the “Payment” section ;
2. Select “Add a credit card” and enter the number of your new card.
Or on your web member area:
Select the “My Account” menu, then go to the “Payment” section ;
2. Select “Add a credit card” and enter your new card number.
We will attempt the payment again twice: in 5 days and in 10 days. You will continue to have access to the parking during these 10 days.
⚠️ On the 10th day, your parking access will be immediately blocked and will remain so until your situation is resolved. If the situation is not resolved within a month, the subscription will be canceled without notice.
If you wish to retry a payment following an unpaid invoice:
If the first attempt to pay your subscription failed and your invoice remains unpaid, you can immediately retry the payment from your web interface.
From the web interface, two options are available :
👉 By clicking on “Retry Payment,” the payment will be processed using the credit card registered on your account. If the payment is successful, you will automatically be notified by email.
👉 You can also “Change Credit Card” if the registered card does not work. This action will automatically retry the payment with the new card. If the payment is successful, you will automatically be notified by email.
Subscription Canceled Due to Unpaid Invoice
Please note that if your unpaid invoice is not settled by the renewal date of your monthly subscription, your subscription will be canceled. If you wish to keep your subscription, it is essential to pay the outstanding amount as soon as possible and contact customer service to reactivate your subscription.
The subscription will be reactivated if the parking spot is still available. Otherwise, an alternative spot will be offered based on availability.
