The Zenpark mobile application supports Apple CarPlay since version 4.21. Remember to check that you are up to date to benefit from this functionality.
What is Apple CarPlay?
Apple CarPlay is an embedded version of iOS in your car. It's a bit like extending your phone onto the central screen of your vehicle, so you can use some of your apps like navigation, music or parking!
➡️ When your booking starts, or for your monthly subscription, you can use Apple CarPlay to request the opening of the vehicle door on your car's dashboard screen. Practical and accessible!
Expert advice: before you go to the car park, always remember to read the access information to locate the car park and the spaces. This information can be found in the confirmation email or directly in the mobile application.
Which car parks are compatible?
All Zenpark car parks with the mobile application access method are compatible:
on the application, it is indicated by "Zenpark mobile application",
on the website, it is indicated by "Mobile access".
How does it work?
1- When you stop, open the Zenpark application on your phone.
2- Then connect your iPhone to your vehicle.
3- In the CarPlay interface, select the Zenpark application.
From now on, you'll be able to find your current and future reservations and subscriptions.
Click on the desired car park to view the times of your reservation or season ticket.
All you have to do then is click on the button you want to "Drive in" or "Drive out".
Congratulations, you've just opened the car park door from your car. Happy parking!
Problem - Resolution
"Application not started Open the Zenpark mobile application on your phone = Don't panic, the usual access methods still work, including the mobile application on your phone.
"An Internet connection is required = Check your phone's connection to the network and the Internet.
Retry the opening request by clicking again on "Entering the car" or "Exiting the car" as appropriate.
